Government Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Success Manager for Vlaanderen.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with Flemish clients, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and proactive risk management
• Share expertise in citizen participation through workshops, training sessions, and written materials
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to expand the client base and support sales processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong affinity with the public sector and citizen participation
• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Ability to structure complex contexts and design efficient processes
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and presenting insights clearly
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
