Government Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting the technical delivery and performance of a mission-critical government technology program, the full-time remote Government Technical Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues, monitor service metrics, and provide technical leadership across operations and implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Support technical service delivery and platform performance across production operations and active implementations
- Monitor SLAs and service performance metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Participate in incident response for 24x7 systems, including root cause analysis and cross-functional resolution efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT delivery and operations for enterprise-scale platforms in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with concurrent production operations and implementation efforts
- Experience in incident and problem management for 24x7 systems
- Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and information security controls
- Experience using service performance data to identify issues and support resolution
