Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical service delivery and platform performance for a mission-critical government program
• Govern service level agreements (SLAs), compliance obligations, and operational excellence with clear metrics and reporting
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap and lead cross-functional incident response

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT delivery and operations for enterprise-scale platforms in regulated environments
• 5+ years of executive-facing experience translating business needs into technical delivery plans
• 5+ years of experience managing major incidents for 24x7 systems
• Proficiency in multi-platform environments, including APIs and security controls
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
