Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Government Travel Consultant, the full-time position will manage travel reservations, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, while working in a busy Call Center in Jacksonville, NC, with both home-based virtual and in-office options available.

Key responsibilities

• Make travel reservations for airline, hotel, and ground transportation
• Process tickets, exchanges, and refunds efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date industry and account information

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of travel agent/consultant experience
• Proficiency in GDS Systems, specifically Sabre/Apollo
• Demonstrated computer aptitude with Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional internet research skills
• High school education or equivalent
