GP Services Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and process-driven, the remote GP Services Associate will manage subscription and closing workflows for venture funds, ensuring timely execution and exceptional service to GPs and LPs in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute operational workflows for SPVs and venture funds from submission through launch and deployment
• Execute end-to-end subscription workflows for LPs, including onboarding and document processing
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of SPV launches, coordinating with various teams to resolve blockers and ensure smooth operations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations role, preferably in fund administration or a high-volume tech startup environment
• Superb attention to detail and ability to catch errors under pressure
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong appreciation for process documentation and improvement
• Strong written communication skills for effective stakeholder alignment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying and resolving problems independently
