Job Summary
To support effective contract execution and account service, the full-time GPO Accounts Manager will manage assigned Group Purchasing Organization accounts remotely, focusing on relationship management, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with GPO partners through scorecards, volume reviews, and administrative fee management
- Drive partnership strategies by analyzing contract utilization and coordinating deliverables with internal stakeholders
- Monitor account activity, ensuring compliance and addressing operational issues while preparing reports for leadership review
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or a role involving analytics, strategy, and customer relationship management
- Experience in managing customer accounts and supporting contract administration in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of GPOs, market access, and healthcare distribution dynamics
- Proficiency in preparing reports and tracking account activity
