GPO Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the successful implementation of new continuum of care customers, the full-time remote GPO Implementation Specialist will manage customer connections with distributors and vendors, facilitate project deliverables, and maintain stakeholder communication throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the status of new customer implementation projects to stakeholders and adapt internal processes based on customer supply chain operations
• Engage with existing member contract connections, obtaining necessary paperwork and information to facilitate agreements
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective communication and project tracking

Required Qualifications

• 4 or more years of applicable work experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
• Ability to implement new business processes and modify existing ones based on project deliverables
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
