GPO Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the daily operation of the OnHand GPO program, the full-time GPO Operations Manager will manage affiliate member onboarding, contract connections, and relationship management while working in a hybrid-remote and onsite capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment and onboarding of new affiliate members into the GPO program and manage the contract connection process
• Serve as the operational contact for affiliate members and supplier partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
• Own the contract launch process, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful contract activation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, strategic sourcing, contracting, or related fields
• 1 year of experience working with a national/regional GPO preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Strong project management skills and a collaborative, customer service-oriented mindset
