Graduate Admissions Coach

Job Summary

Providing personalized guidance to graduate school applicants, the part-time Graduate Admissions Coach will manage a cohort of 5 to 10 students, conduct advising sessions via Zoom, and support clients through the entire admissions process in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with applicants to assess their needs and goals for graduate school admissions
• Conduct 60-minute advising sessions and manage application deadlines and tasks for each applicant
• Mentor applicants through the writing process for application materials and provide interview preparation support

Required qualifications

• Former admissions experience at an accredited graduate school is strongly preferred
• Graduated from or worked at a top-tier graduate school and/or a top 50 undergraduate institution
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. and UK graduate application processes
• Experience in an educational or academic support role, such as advising or counseling
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applicants throughout the admissions cycle
