Graduate Analyst - M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graduate Rotational Analyst - M&A and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support on M&A transactions, strategy projects, and venture capital investments
• Develop and review complex financial models to support investment and M&A decision-making
• Coordinate and manage due diligence for contemplated transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a closely related field strongly preferred
• Graduated no longer than 6 months ago
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling or business analysis
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and/or the energy industry
• Strong quantitative skills with a finance or statistical background
