Job Summary
To support a government client, the part-time Graduate Instructor, Simulation and Training for Healthcare will deliver a Distance Learning course focused on virtual environments in healthcare, starting July 6, 2026, and concluding in late September.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver course content on training issues in virtual environments for healthcare simulation
- Utilize existing materials from previous course iterations to enhance student learning
- Assess and ensure the effectiveness of training systems in improving performance without negative training artifacts
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graduate-level course delivery within the last 8 years
- A graduate degree in a discipline related to medical and healthcare modeling and simulation
- 5 or more years of experience as an instructor or practitioner in a medical simulation center or similar facility
- Evidence of excellent teaching ability
- A reputation for expertise in medical and healthcare modeling and simulation, particularly within DoD or VA
