Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance
• Basic knowledge of financial services and lending
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis and business judgement
• Interest in financial services topics and proactive solution development
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams (customer communication experience is a plus)
