Graduate Program Associate

Job Summary

As the first point of contact for customers, the full-time Graduate Program Associate will manage customer issues, conduct product walkthroughs, and provide resolutions while working remotely from the Philippines during the hours of 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. PHT.

Key responsibilities

• Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring resolution
• Conducting product walkthroughs and providing accurate feedback to customers
• Researching and troubleshooting to identify solutions for customer queries

Required qualifications

• Current residency in the Philippines with full work authorization
• Strong analytical background with a minimum Math score of 2.00 (85% or higher) in the most recent Math exam
• Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
• Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
