Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director for Graduate Student & Alumni Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate student-facing services and programs to enhance career readiness for graduate students and alumni
• Curate resources and programs that improve employment competitiveness and experiential education for graduate students and alumni
• Support career literacy education initiatives for campus partners and contribute to strategic goals of the organization

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Higher Education, Human Services, Counseling, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Considerable knowledge of career coaching practices and techniques for diverse adult learners
• Understanding of basic event planning processes
• Working knowledge of career development theories and career readiness competencies
• Prior experience providing career coaching for college students or adult clients
