Job Summary
Focused on enhancing customer support operations, the full-time Graduate Project Manager will manage a variety of projects aimed at improving support systems and processes while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or from designated locations in Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Improve customer support operations through various projects, including onboarding new providers and redesigning support delivery
- Build and enhance scalable support systems such as help centers, chatbots, and AI-powered solutions for efficient user assistance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address recurring customer issues and ensure support aligns with new product releases
Required qualifications
- Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems and structure ideas effectively
- Demonstrated drive and ambition with a high level of responsibility for work outcomes
- Proven team spirit, supporting collective ideas and contributing to team success
- Proficiency in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Experience in project management or customer support is preferred
