Graduate Research Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Graduate Research Associate in Clinical Outcomes to quantify and communicate the clinical impact of software and data solutions, requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week in a remote setting while collaborating with clinical leaders to design analyses and evaluate real-world data.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leaders to identify and translate business questions into testable hypotheses and research designs
• Analyze healthcare data to evaluate outcomes associated with the solutions and document methodologies and results
• Communicate complex findings to clinical and business audiences through clear summaries and visual materials

Required qualifications

• Pursuing an advanced degree (MPH, MS, DrPH, PhD) in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
• Strong grounding in research methodology and experience with quantitative analyses using healthcare datasets
• Proficiency in at least one statistical or analytical programming environment
• Ability to develop structured research plans from open-ended clinical questions
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort working across clinical, analytical, and commercial perspectives
