Graduate Student Success Advisor

Job Summary

Dedicated to fostering student success, the full-time Graduate Student Success Advisor will proactively build relationships with online students from enrollment to graduation, providing guidance and support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure engagement and support throughout their academic journey
• Communicate effectively with students via phone, email, and text, responding promptly to inquiries and advocating for their needs across departments
• Utilize university technology systems to track student progress and analyze data to enhance the student experience and improve retention

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is a plus
• Strong phone presence and excellent email communication skills, with clear and concise writing ability
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with technology, including Blackboard, CRM, and Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to connect with and support adult students, demonstrating a commitment to their success
