Job Summary

Supporting recent graduates' transition into the workforce, the full-time remote Graduate Success Coordinator will provide career coaching, develop employment systems, and verify job placements to ensure successful outcomes in the allied healthcare field.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist graduates with career coaching during their initial employment period to promote success
• Develop and maintain systems that facilitate job placement opportunities for students and graduates
• Collaborate with teams to complete placement verification processes and resolve employment obstacles for graduates

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in education, career services, or related fields
• Knowledge of application processes and expectations in the job market
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and technology navigation
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
