Graduate Trainee People Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Graduate Trainee to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow the Talent team and assist in various stages of the Talent Acquisition process
• Prepare agreements and documents, manage inquiries, and review company policies in People Operations
• Collaborate with different teams, offer admin support, and handle ad-hoc queries as needed

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Availability during GMT +/- 2 time-zone required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection with fast speed
