Job Summary
Seeking a Subject Matter Expert, the remote Grafana Boomi Data Analyst will design and develop advanced dashboards to provide actionable visibility into the performance and operational status of the Boomi platform and its integrations on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Grafana dashboards for the Boomi platform and associated integrations
- Analyze Boomi platform and integration data to identify trends, performance issues, and potential service risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing and administering Grafana dashboards
- Strong experience with the Boomi integration platform, including APIs and integration processes
- Experience monitoring enterprise integrations and distributed applications
- Knowledge of integration metrics, logging, and error handling
- Ability to create effective visualizations and alerts in Grafana
