Job Summary
Serving as a front-line subject matter expert, the full-time Grain Operations Product Specialist will provide technical support for DTN's grain ERP solutions, leveraging grain industry expertise to assist customers in maximizing software value while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat for DTN grain ERP solutions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues by gathering and analyzing customer information
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Implementation teams to diagnose software issues and recommend product improvements
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of grain operations, workflows, and terminology
- Previous customer support or software support experience with a demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across teams
