Grammy U Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grammy U Representative for the Philadelphia Chapter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies for students and non-students
• Lead and supervise Grammy U Ambassadors, organizing and executing local programs
• Advocate for the Recording Academy and represent member needs through social media and public engagements

Required Qualifications

• Current Grammy U member with prior experience attending or volunteering at Grammy U programs
• Enrollment in a 2- or 4-year university with at least two semesters remaining or graduate student status
• Ability to commit to a 20-hour workweek and occasional nights and weekends for events
• Experience in music-related fields and pursuing a career in music
• Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in social media and event production is a plus
