Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Administrator responsible for managing a diverse sponsored award portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre- and post-award administration for the grants process, including budget proposal development and award close-out
  • Maintain knowledge of contract requirements and assist in developing detailed budgets for grant applications
  • Ensure compliance with federal grant award requirements and submit all reporting requirements as mandated


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a research/grant accounting environment, with non-profit accounting experience preferred
  • Prior experience managing federal awards preferred
  • Familiarity with Uniform Grant Guidance related to audits of states, local governments, and non-profit organizations
  • Experience with automated accounting and financial reporting systems, such as Workday, is strongly preferred
