Job Summary

Managing post-award financial operations, the full-time remote Grant Analyst will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for a portfolio of grants and contracts while collaborating with Principal Investigators and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management.

Key responsibilities
  • Present financial analysis and reporting to develop and maintain budgets, identifying funding issues and solutions
  • Develop proposals and budgets for grant and contract submissions, ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations
  • Plan and prioritize actions across multiple awards, advising Principal Investigators on financial issues and managing grant renewals and closeouts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field
  • Two years of relevant financial experience with demonstrated application of financial and accounting concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software for managing multiple data sources
  • Prior experience managing post-award grants and contract administration portfolios
  • Knowledge of university policies and procedures, particularly in an academic or medical research setting
