Grant Auditor for EU Project

Job Summary

To support the 2024-2026 EU project focused on curbing plastic pollution in healthcare, a fully remote Grant Auditor will manage the auditing of project accounts in accordance with ISA 805, ensuring compliance and providing an auditor's report by the project deadline.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of project accounts and prepare an auditor's report in compliance with ISA 805
• Engage in virtual check-in calls to orient and review project-related financial information
• Collaborate with the core team to ensure timely completion of the audit by the specified deadline

Required qualifications:

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIA, or CISA) and a degree in accounting, finance, or business
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on audit and risk assessment experience
• Strong proficiency in IT systems relevant to auditing
• Experience in conducting similar audit assignments
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
