Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings and oversee monthly and yearly financial closes
• Manage accountants and processes for clients, ensuring effective financial operations
• Support startup clients with Controller expertise during their growth stages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management
• CPA or CMA certification is a bonus
• Experience with GAAP and financial compliance tasks
• Knowledge of accounting for grants and government contracts
