Job Summary
Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time Grant Coordinator will manage the daily processing of internal and client-facing grants, ensuring compliance and accuracy while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review grant letters for compliance accuracy and manage the formatting and publishing of letters accompanying foundation grants
- Coordinate special handling instructions with clients and Private Client Advisors, including precise preparation of mailings
- Contribute to departmental projects aimed at refining processes and improving service accuracy and scalability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment, particularly in compliance or detail-oriented work
- Deep proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Sound analytical judgment to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
