Job Summary

Supporting donor-funded awards throughout the full grant lifecycle, the remote Grant Financial Specialist II will manage financial management and compliance activities, including budget development, expenditure monitoring, and donor-compliant financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare donor-compliant financial reports and conduct budget variance analyses for assigned grants
• Monitor financials to address discrepancies and ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies
• Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to enhance financial management and support project implementation

Required qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of grant financial management principles
• Experience in preparing financial reports for institutional and multilateral donors
• Ability to conduct financial analyses and identify variances or risks
• Experience with budget development and monitoring for donor-funded projects
• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to donor funding
