Grant Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospect Research & Grant Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-award grant activity including tracking, reporting, and fund distribution
• Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to monitor grant spending and compliance
• Conduct strategic prospect research and maintain a strong pipeline of research activity

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in post-award grant management and research
• Experience with GAAP accounting, including financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience using grants management databases, such as Salesforce or similar programs
