Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Operations Associate (DAF) to manage the lifecycle of grant operations and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grant operations from setup through reporting and closeout, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact, responding to requests and monitoring compliance standards
• Develop training guides and evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong command of web-based and technical tools, including MS Excel and Salesforce
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude for navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
