Key Responsibilities

• Assist with content updates and audits within the GrantFinder platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions
• Support marketing initiatives and generate usage reports to track grant trends

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a professional local government or nonprofit setting
• Experience working with grants or content in a relevant environment is preferred
• Familiarity with local government administrative best practices
• Experience with various CRM databases
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
