Job Summary
Supporting the administration and oversight of federal discretionary grant programs, the full-time remote Grant Program Coordinator will manage grant processes, maintain records, analyze performance data, and facilitate stakeholder communications to ensure effective program implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full grant lifecycle, including pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout activities
- Coordinate activities among federal staff, recipients, and technical assistance providers while tracking milestones and deliverables
- Review recipient performance and compliance, preparing reports and recommendations for federal staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in grants management, program administration, or project coordination
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders
- Familiarity with project coordination and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and work management platforms such as Smartsheet or Jira
