Grant Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex research initiatives, the full-time Grant Program Manager will oversee grant activities, ensure operational and financial compliance, and support the GI Medical Oncology department's mission to advance gastrointestinal cancer research in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative planning and oversight for grant activities, including post-award management and compliance monitoring
• Manage all components of grant submissions, including budget development, formatting, and timely submission
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with funding policies and facilitate grant lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Two years of grant management experience, including grant writing and financial administration
• One year of lead or supervisory experience, which may be substituted with completion of specific leadership programs
• Proficiency in budget development and compliance monitoring
• Experience with grant submission and post-award processes in a research environment
