Grant Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Specialist to support its mission through grant research and proposal writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals
• Write and submit high-quality grant proposals, including conducting necessary research and managing grant budgets
• Develop and implement a multi-year vision for managing donor relationships and expanding the partner base

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in non-profit fundraising
• Strong understanding of workforce development and economic mobility concepts
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms for fundraising tracking
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex environment
