Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Specialist II (Remote) in the Department of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award duties including proposal preparation, budgeting, and compliance with sponsor guidelines
• Provide support for grant post-award processes and ensure compliance with programmatic policies
• Track and maintain databases of grants and oversee the closure of sponsored project accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• No specific certification or professional license required
• Knowledge of Research Management System (RMS) and SUBS preferred
• Familiarity with agency guidelines is advantageous
