Job Summary

Supporting the sponsored project life cycle, the full-time remote Grant Specialist II will manage grant proposal submissions, ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines, and assist faculty and staff throughout pre-and-post award stages.

Key responsibilities:
  • Compile and ensure regulatory compliance of grant submissions, working closely with Principal Investigators
  • Manage grant budgets, track submissions, and prepare financial reports for research accounts
  • Coordinate post-award activities and maintain electronic and hard copy grant files
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in grants administration
  • Familiarity with agency guidelines and grant management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
