Grant Writer

Job Summary

To support the mission of advancing educational equity, the full-time remote Grant Writer will research, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals while managing a grant pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to align funding strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of compelling grant applications that articulate the mission and impact of EVE programs
• Conduct rigorous grant research and synthesize data to craft persuasive narratives and budgets for submissions
• Manage grant pipeline and track activities using Salesforce to support proposal development and strategic planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in non-profit fundraising
• Demonstrated commitment to educational and economic equity for underserved communities
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for grant tracking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
