Job Summary

To support the mission of advancing Latino leadership and strengthening communities, the full-time remote Grant Writer will develop compelling funding proposals, analyze grant opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure resources for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Write persuasive grant proposals and funding requests while ensuring compliance and clarity
• Analyze funding opportunities and tailor proposal narratives to align with funder priorities
• Research and identify potential funding sources aligned with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey complex ideas
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to synthesize information into concise narratives
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and cloud-based collaboration tools
