Grant Writing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Writing Consultant for Law Enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive narratives and provide support to project managers and agencies
• Consult with law enforcement agencies to identify grant opportunities and provide guidance
• Assist in the fulfillment and successful completion of contracted grant projects

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional grant writing and consulting experience with local law enforcement agencies
• Knowledge of federal, state, foundation, and corporate grant processes relevant to law enforcement
• Experience writing grants for programs such as the Bureau of Justice Assistance and COPS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple grant writing projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with law enforcement grant administrative best practices and CRM databases
