Grant Writing Specialist
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Grant Writing Specialist will develop and manage significant donor proposals and grants, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in Arlington, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling proposals for five, six-, and seven-figure gifts in alignment with organizational objectives
- Manage pre-award and post-award grant administration, including compliance and reporting
- Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities for THR projects and programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 3 years of direct proposal/grant writing experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Experience with public and private grants preferred
