Grants Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Accountant to join the team in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with the setup and maintenance of awarded grants
• Prepares and posts journal entries and maintains account analyses and reconciliations
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies in financial information

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required OR HS Diploma/GED and 4 additional years of experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to reconcile large datasets
• Experience using Oracle (or similar ERP) for financial transactions
• Accounts Receivable experience, including invoicing and payment processing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
