Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Administrator to support grant and contract operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pre-award and non-financial post-award administration, including proposal preparation and compliance documentation
  • Act as a liaison between Principal Investigators, internal teams, and external sponsors for grant submissions and contract agreements
  • Review and apply funding guidelines, agency regulations, and institutional policies for grant management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of three years' experience in grants administration, with familiarity in using InfoEd and sponsor-specific portals
  • Strong knowledge of federal and non-federal research administration regulations, including FAR and CFR
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage high volumes and complex projects independently
