Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Administrator responsible for the development and coordination of pre-award documents and oversight of project financial administration for extramural sponsored programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposal documents, budgets, and obtain institutional approvals for sponsored programs
  • Perform post-award administrative functions including account setup, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Identify funding opportunities and facilitate connections between researchers and collaborators
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field
  • Two years of experience in research administration, preferably in compliance and post-award services
  • Formal certification in grant preparation and management preferred
