Grants Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Defense Health Agency's Grants Office, the full-time Jr. Grants Analyst will manage grant processes, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and facilitate communication among stakeholders, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support for the timely award of grants across the agency in alignment with DHA missions
• Deliver compliant pre- and post-award documentation in accordance with federal and DoD grants principles
• Assist in evaluating grant proposals and conducting grant award activities, ensuring adherence to requirements and resolving potential issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two or more years of related experience in grants management or policy analysis
• Knowledge of federal and DoD grants principles, including 2 CFR 200 and DoDGARS
• Understanding of grants assistance principles, laws, regulations, and procedures
• Familiarity with budget and federal cost principles
• Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
