Grants Analyst

Job Summary

Providing pre and post-award grant expertise, the remote Grants Analyst will manage complex research projects, assist in budget development, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with faculty and principal investigators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large, complex research projects, including P20 and NIH training grants
• Assist in the preparation of grant budgets and analyze financial data related to grant activities
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies while supporting research efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Four years of experience in grant administration
• Understanding of NIH and federal agency policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Progressive ability to analyze and evaluate data
