Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Admin II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial oversight and administrative support for sponsored project management and research funding
- Prepare budgets and application materials for principal investigators and ensure compliance with university and sponsor requirements
- Supervise assigned staff and manage human resource functions related to research staff hiring and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required
- Master's degree is preferred
- 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 1-2 years of experience with grants management or financial accounting in an academic medical setting is required
- Must achieve and maintain CLASP certification within 1 year
