Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants & Contracts Admin II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial oversight and administrative support for sponsored project management and research funding
  • Prepare budgets and application materials for principal investigators and ensure compliance with university and sponsor requirements
  • Supervise assigned staff and manage human resource functions related to research staff hiring and onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 1-2 years of experience with grants management or financial accounting in an academic medical setting is required
  • Must achieve and maintain CLASP certification within 1 year
