Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pre-award administration, including advising Principal Investigators on proposal preparation and submission
  • Manage post-award financial and grant administration activities, ensuring compliance and monitoring fiscal performance
  • Coordinate subrecipient administration and ensure proper handling of sponsor payments and financial reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in pre-award and/or post-award grants management in a research-intensive environment
  • Strong knowledge of federal regulations and sponsor requirements related to sponsored research
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage complex budgets
  • Experience with research administration and financial systems
