Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pre-award administration, including advising Principal Investigators on proposal preparation and submission
- Manage post-award financial and grant administration activities, ensuring compliance and monitoring fiscal performance
- Coordinate subrecipient administration and ensure proper handling of sponsor payments and financial reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in pre-award and/or post-award grants management in a research-intensive environment
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations and sponsor requirements related to sponsored research
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage complex budgets
- Experience with research administration and financial systems
