Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-award activities including the development, preparation, and submission of grant and contract proposals
  • Oversee post-award activities including budget reconciliation, reporting, and compliance monitoring
  • Advise faculty and principal investigators on administrative requirements and ensure adherence to agency and university guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
  • Completion of specific financial and research administration training within the first six months of hire is required
  • Experience managing large, complex government contracts is preferred
  • Experience in an academic research setting is preferred
  • Certification in research administration is preferred
