Job Summary

Grants and Contracts Administrator, this full-time remote position involves guiding faculty and principal investigators through the lifecycle of sponsored projects, including pre-award proposal preparation and post-award budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, preparation, and submission of grant and contract proposals
  • Manage assigned projects and financial portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Reconcile project budgets and prepare detailed budget reports for review and approval
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Pre-award and post-award experience preferred
  • Research or grants education and/or certification is preferred
  • Completion of specific training programs within the first six months of hire is required
  • Experience with university/institutional processes is a plus
