Grants and Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Manager for the Campus Grants Management Team (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise faculty on proposal requirements and manage the proposal submission process
• Oversee post-award activities, including budget reconciliation and compliance monitoring
• Supervise and develop team members while fostering a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Three years of grants and contracts or related leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Completion of RAA within 12 months and AGM within 6 additional months
